Care Packages - Common Questions
Here are
some answers to some frequently asked questions.
Q. What
is the last day I can order an ASC Finals Survival Kit?
A. All
orders must be received by the deadline date listed on the
package page so that we can make sure your student gets their
care package on time. If you have any questions about this
deadline, please email us.
Q. When
will my care package be delivered?
A. We
will make deliveries to students in their residence halls
a couple of days prior to the start of finals while they study.
Students who live off-campus will be able to pick up their
finals packages in the Office of Alumnae Relations in the
Alumnae House at that time.
Q. Is
it safe to order online?
A. Online
ordering is safe, easy, and convenient. It is the preferred
method for purchasing an Agnes Scott College Finals Survival
Kit because it makes order fulfillment, tracking, and payment
much easier to manage.
ICareKits
uses Secure Socket Layer encryption and credit card authentication
to secure and validate your order online.

Who is ICareKits and what is their relationship to Agnes Scott
College?
A. ICareKits
has partnered with Agnes Scott College to professionally manage
the Agnes Scott College Finals Survival Kit fundraiser. A
significant portion of each Finals Survival Kit sale goes
to the Agnes Scott College Alumnae Association.
Q. I
have a question about my order. Who do I contact?
A. Send
all inquiries about your order to ICareKits. Please do not
send any inquiries to Agnes Scott College, as ICareKits has
been contracted to manage this fundraising program.

will the proceeds be used?
A. The
Alumnae Association is proud to donate the proceeds of this
program to the Student Development Fund, which provides funding
for students to travel to academic conferences in order to
present their research and papers.
